I want to tell you a little bit about me. My name’s Anna Katherine Stone. I am the owner and
sole attorney at Injury Florida Law Firm in Tampa, Florida.
I’ve been practicing since 2003. I started as a prosecutor, and then I went into private practice, initially handling workers’ compensation claims, but on the insurance side, representing employers and carriers, with disputes with injured workers
Over the years, however, I’ve broadened and changed sides, to where now I primarily focus on helping injured workers who’ve been involved in work-related claims with their insurance companies.
I also expanded over the years and started handling Social Security Disability claims, because I found that there was oftentimes a direct correlation between the two.
I also handle personal injury claims, such as auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, motorcycle accidents.
Those two sometimes can all be correlated. Oftentimes I have claims where I’m actually representing one client for all three claims, and you wouldn’t believe how they all intricately depend upon each other.
So, I like being able to provide that service, and that’s why I opened Injury Florida Law Firm: in order to be able to assist anyone who’s been involved in an on-the-job accident or injury, an accident caused by someone’s negligence, or you’ve become disabled.
